The Friends of Baker Park has several committees headed by members of the Board of Directors. Though the committees are not organized with a formal membership we certainly encourage and welcome any participation by our regular members. Descriptions of the committees with a contact are provided below.  
 

Donations

 Purpose: Administers our Donations Program for contributions for benches, trash receptacles, and trees.

Landscape Purpose: Involved with organizing planting and maintenance projects in the Park. We currently have a Spring Planting Project with regular maintenance gatherings through the summer and fall.

Marketing Purpose: Handles general publicity for our organization including preparation of press releases and preparing brochures.

Membership Purpose: Maintains our membership records.

Newsletter Purpose: Coordinates preparation and distribution of our newsletter twice per year.
